We stayed in Quality Powerhouse Hotel in Tamworth and the Museum is just a walking distance from where we stayed.

They have varities of motorcyles, but not as many as I expected. I hope they are going to add more motorcycles in the future by using the second floor of the building.

And i hope it is not that much to ask that if you stayed in their hotel you will have free access in the museum because both places is owned by the same person.

Absolutely fabulous and a must see. The gentleman on site is full of knowledge of all the bikes. He can even tell you when they arrived at the museum. The variety of bikes and history along with them is brilliant and well presented. A definite Must see for all ages.

My husband is a big bike fan, so a visit to this museum was a must. There's a great range of bikes, all well restored and gleaming, so even for a non-biker, it's worth a visit. I liked finding the bikes from my year of birth - they're all in great condition! John was a very hospitable guide, eager to share knowledge about the bikes, and his own bikes, and the Tamworth area more generally.

We're thrilled you both had an enjoyable time at the museum. It is very satisfying to receive such a genuine review from a non biker & we love the idea of finding bikes from your birth year! We will pass on your compliments to John - he has a love of Tamworth & motorbikes!

Not the biggest motorcycle museum on earth but one of the nicest. Friendly guide to answer all your queries and there are some unique bikes here. Enthusiasts will love some rare examples of the rotary engined Suzuki RE5 and other interesting machines. Sop in for a coffee and a chat.
