The Information Office recommended Hunters Quarter to us for lunch and it was truly stunning. The food, the service, the view and the relaxed atmosphere contributed to a longer than intended lunch. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back and am happy to recommend you to anyone.

We tried to go to Hunters Quarter on Sunday but they were closed but the staff member we spoke with told us about Monday night local night

This was our third visit over about 12-18 mths and each time the calm, confidence of both the staff and the food remains the same. Combined with the outlook across the valley/dam its just a great pleasure to dine.
We have tried them all in the Hunter and this is definitely consistently the best.

We had booked the restaurant for dinner and our expectations were moderate. We had the 5 course degustation with matching wines. Each course was really tasty and the wines were matched perfectly.
The wines were a great display of the hunter and gave us a great taste from multiple types of wines.
The atmosphere was relaxed and trendy and had great Saturday night vibes.

This is an elegant restaurant with a stunning outlook, superb food and service of a standard that most restaurants only aspire to. The menu had something for everyone and staff were only too happy to meet dietary requirements, the lamb rump was cooked to perfection. The scallops for entree were deliciously fresh and the dessert was extraordinary. Thanks guys, we'll be back!
