What a great boutique brew. It's got atmosphere and fantastic food. Whilst here you can taste all the beers that they brew right there in brewing vats

Visited on a Sunday afternoon when it was 42 outside so not too many people around !
A pity because if you are a beer lover then this is a destination and not somewhere to pass thro'. We were initially disappointed not to be able to do the Brewery trip at 2pm as there is a minimum number needed and there was only a couple of us. But as I had a few tasting paddles and then a couple of pints / schooners I got talking to one of the barmen about the beers and brewery. Learning of my "interest" in beer then, as there weren't too many people around, one of the barmen gave me a quick 10 minutes behind the scenes tour of the brewery. A really nice touch. Great selection of beers on tap, Big Ideas, my favourite, and the food looked good too. A large bar area with plenty of tables. Well fitted out, the brewery clearly visible from the customer area. If you like beer don't miss this place

We ordered takeaway pizza last night and waited over an hour for the order. No explanation, no apology. We were not told at the time of ordering that there would be such a long wait... not only was there the long wait but the pizza wasn’t anything to write home about, very ordinary, hello cheese? We are never going there again.

We went here specifically to do the brewery tour and check out the craft beer selection. My partner is a big fan of craft beer and wasn't disappointed. the tour was great and very informative. Our tour guide was also the barman so was great when it came time to try different beers. We then spent the afternoon eating and drinking as the atmosphere was really good and we lost track of time.
