What a great little Indian Cuisine Cafe. On a main road in Hamilton South this was once an Indian take away called 'Curry in a Hurry'. Now completely renovated this buzzing little meca is one of the 'go to' places to get great, authentic, well priced Indian. It is air-conditioned and licensed and we had a great time. The acoustics aren't great so not for a romantic dinner but if your happy to be with a buzzing crowd also having fun and great food, don't go past this place.

Finding quality authentic Indian food is no easy task these days. If you are looking for the finest in Indian food this restaurant is for you. The menu is extensive, the staff offer superior service and food is sensational and is of a true Indian style just as you would find and order in fine restaurants in India. There is a great variety of options including some very good vegetarian options. Really good value and I would be surprised if anyone did not find this restaurant to be worthy of great praise.

Visited here purely because of the high profile on TA and our love of Indian restaurants! Beautiful, basic & tidy inside, prompt seating (booked slightly ahead) given a packed restaurant! Our chicken pekora (entree), lamb korma, butter chicken & naan's were all fantastic!

Serving waitresses not quite on the pulse as far as table water/drinks are concerned, but all lovely and polite when serving! Would definitely go back!

The food was very good and the menu extensive, especially liked all the vegetarian options. However service was pretty slow mainly it seems caused by the number of take aways being prepared. This also made for a long queue waiting alonside the table we were sitting at which spoiled the experience.
