We had comfortable, firm, warm beds. The heating system worked well on a cold night. the room was well-equipped with kettle, toaster microwave and fridge, as well as crockery and cutlery to allow some basic self-catering. It has a restaurant, but we went out to a local pub instead, so can't comment on it.

We stayed in rm 132 for 2 nights. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The room lighting was poor. Some points for improvement include:
1. The bathroom exhaust fan sounds like a freight train.
2. The hot water was trickle pressure, tepid and ran out by 8am when the motel was full.
3. The towels were not changed at all during the 2 days there
4. Crockery was not washed up after the first day.
5. To use the microwave the kettle had to be unplugged. suggest installing a double ppt.
I always experience a Clean, comfy bed, good shower pressure, air conditioning/ heating that is quiet an works well. Tasty food at the restaurant, friendly staff, close to shops, kfc and maccas. Back for the third time because the rates are quite good
Have stayed before and will always choose Matulda Motor Inn when in Dubbo. The motel is clean, quiet and popular. They have a choice of room combinations that suit both families and single travellers. Good location for walk to town but also quiet.
We stayed in the 4 bedroom cabin. It was perfect for 3 adults and 5 small children. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to shops, restaurants and very quiet. The cabin had large rooms, comfortable beds, TV in each bedroom, kitchen, laundry and small enclosed area out the back for kids to play. Pool looked lovely but too cold for us to swim in July. Would definitely recommend and will return.
Stayed with 6 people in a 2 room apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfy beds and 3 sofas which also could become beds. Room 1 double bed. Room 2(same apartment) double bed and 2 single beds. Beds and loungea very comfy. Also televisions in both bedrooms and loungeroom and air conditioners in all rooms. Very high recommendation and not expensive
