We have stayed at Lincoln Downs a few times now and each time we have found it to be consistently good. The rooms are reasonably priced and there are lots of amenities available. The attached restaurant Briars is relatively inexpensive for its quality and they cater for children with no fuss. The whole complex is kid friendly with a great pool to keep them amused. The staff are especially friendly, very pleasant and helpful. We always enjoy our stay here and will continue to do so.

Spacious well appointed modern rooms, updated recently. Delightful setting and the grounds are well manicured. Pool area is superb and lovely outdoor gazebo seating. Nice Bar area and pleasant Restaurant area. Very friendly hosts. Would recommend.
Only thing to look out for is the shower is over a spa bath and not easy to get in and out of.

Room Tip: No lift to upstairs rooms.

The hotel/motel is a little out of the main town but I think that's a plus as the property is quiet and nicely landscaped. The spacious room overlooks a lake and has lots of amenities like big fluffy towels and body lotions, shampoos etc. Don't know about the spa or restaurant as didn't try either. Free parking on the grounds.

Comfortable beds, but don't expect luxury! It's more like a hotel/motel style not a spa! Good for a pop in pop out but I wouldn't book a long stay! We had to walk up the stairs with our luggage and cabs into town are about $20 per trip so beware of that expense.
