When you enter Al Vecchio Corso it's like walking in to the kitchen of one of your closest family members. We were visiting from the USA and every person we asked recommended this restaurant to us. The ambience is very cozy and traditional southern Italian. We asked the owner to bring us his favorite dishes and each course was better than the last. The favorite dishes at our table were definitely the gateau di patate, lasagnetta with radicchio, cream cheese and hazelnuts, and the cold cuts plate with the most delectable carpaccio. The profiteroles and Nutella piadina we're not too sweet unlike the desserts we have in the states. The owner Mimmo went out of his way to make us feel valued and he, his family and their staff really care about the quality and taste of their food. We would return to Al Vecchio Corso.
