Disappointing with the $39 fee for all no matter what the age I.e. young children are charged this price. So unfair to families who just want a nice day out. Staff are young and inexperienced. They should implement a smaller fee for water park use only.

Dear SandyC000,
Thank you for taking the time to review Oakvale Wildlife Park in relation to your recent visit.

We are disheartened that you did not feel you received value for money during your visit.

Oakvale is an interactive experience where visitors can interact with free-roaming animals, partake in keeper talks, tractor-trailer rides, feeding shows, large shaded playgrounds, BBQ/picnic facilities allowing guests to bring their own food and beverages, and Splash Bay Water Park, all of which are included in the entry fee outlined below.

Prices current as of 18th March 2024
Adults $39.00 (17+ years)
Seniors $35.00
Child (3-16yrs) $25.00
Family: 2 adults + 2 children $118.00
Family: 1 adult + 2 children $84.00

Enabling visitors to have a full day distinctive learning experience in relation to farm life, sustainability, caring for native wildlife and preserving threatened species; while at the same time providing hands-on encounters with a variety of domestic and native animals.

Additional private wildlife encounters and specialised animal food to hand-feed the animals is available at a nominal fee for those who wish to enhance their hands-on experience within the park. However, these items are not a necessity for you to purchase to still experience the hands-on environment that Oakvale Wildlife Park offers.

Oakvale Team

Wow this was one of the funnest wildlife parks we’ve been to! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable we were so impressed! One guy in particular who I forgot to get his name who did the Koala show and Tasmanian devils was shooting out so many facts we could have listened to him all day. Any question we had he knew the answer to! My bf is here from the USA and was definitely the best place to take him to learn about Aussie animals.

Kids would adore this place as they do a bottle feed for the baby farm animals and you can touch and feed quite a few different types of animals. They also do train rides and there is so much to look at, a waterpark and playground for kids and with the interaction you are always entertained! They have resting stations for the animals too and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals and they are well taken care of. Will definitely be back and telling all our friends to take their families there!

Great day out, my teens especially enjoyed the reptile and bird exhibits. A cool off in the water park was good fun for my younger teen.

Amazing family day out. Kids loved the fact 99% of the animal encounters are hands on. Goats, sheep, cows, bulls, birds, ducks, kangaroos, larma, alpacas, donkeys the list goes on. All of these you can hand feed! If you have children of any ages this is a must do if in the area!

Spent just under 3 hours and was really delighted to earn lots about koalas as I was the only person on that experience. KYAH was so knowledgeable and didn’t laugh at any of my questions. I’m only sorry I was too old for the Splash Bay. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We went on a Monday so the place was really quiet.
