We didn't listen to the locals when they told us to buy some alcohol before Good Friday if we planned on having a drink that day because all pubs, bars and restaurants will only serve you alcohol if you purchase a full meal..... turns out they are very strict about this and we were turned away by many bars & restaurants because we didn't want to purchase a full dinner meal at 3pm.
That was until we got the Brazz they were super welcoming, not abrupt like some of the other places we had stopped and because Ian and his staff members were so inviting and friendly we decided that we would eat there and enjoy an afternoon drink at Brazz...... Brazz has great picky foods we ended up staying so long that we tried a few of the starters the bread & dips is ample you get almost a loaf of bread I would recommend this for groups of people you definitely get your moneys worth. We also tried the wings and they were DELICIOUS. Served on a sizzling hot plate we devoured them even though we "weren't" hungry ;)
I could keep going on and on about the food clearly we enjoyed the meals BUT what is most deserving of a compliment is Ian who provided us with excellent service. I find normally when you are seated outside in restaurants/bars like this you don't often get the same service as you do inside...... We got lucky with Ian who checked on us regularly making sure we were having a great time he even welcomed our friends in without giving them the aggressive good Friday meal that the other restaurants had been giving us previously.
Thank you for a fabulous good friday :) OH and if you do sit outside or in the windowsill you have a great view of the mountains :)
