Arrive at the shop, check in, briefing on the itinerary and we set off. Change gears and off we go on the 12,000 feet private jet. Jump down together with your tandem professional instructor. Amazing view. Worth it!

If you are looking to Skydive and have never done it before this is the best place to do it. Me and my husband jumped at 12,000ft end of July. The scenery from up there was dramatic, breathtaking and beautiful. The staff at NZone were very supportive , helpful and motivating right through pick up at NZone to the drop off zone. Special thanks to the tandem masters and photographers who are excellent. Would highly recommend NZone to anyone looking to tick Skydive off their bucket list.

We flew down Queenstown to experience Nzone's skydive. Me and my friends have been dreaming about it for months as they have good quality video and scenery compared to other offering. We booked our skydive weeks prior to our trip as we have been advised that it is always fully booked.

As we arrived 8am from Wanaka (which is about 1.5 hr drive) at the shotover st meetup point, we were advised that the weather is bad and it is illegal to fly. We fully understood the situation but they asked us to come back by 9am. When we came back, they advised us again to be back by 9.30. By that time, we knew it's not gonna happen but we tried.

They explained that, we cannot fly that day as it is fully booked and there are people booked in on certain time(which by that time they can already fly). All they can do is book us 3 days after which by that time, we're already back home. Or they will refund us and go find ourselves other providers. Of course, we were very disappointed as we just flew Queenstown to skydive. We explained to them that the reason we went Queenstown is to skydiv, and all they keep telling us is, we can just go get refund and find someone who can fly us.

The situation at that time was very understandable but the thing is, they do not value customers. The excitement were all gone as they have not apologised sincerely, we were people who is worth nothing to them, they did not value our business. They could have said, we are so sorry for this to happen but we can arrange somebody who can fly you today.... Or something like that so at least our day is not ruined. Not even apology compensation were given just to make up our day. I assume, this situation happens to them all the time, and they should have made some improvement on how to handle customers. It might be an expense to their part but losing customer is a greater loss. Worst frontliners EVER.

Anyway, word of advice, if you are booking for skydive with them, do not book beginning of the day cos mst of the time it starts cloudy. Get a booking which is arpund 9 or 10 am or so, or anytime which is sunny. Cos if not, they will move you to the next hour and if its not gonna happen, they cannot help you anymore.

Too bad, we did not fly with them, but Skydive Wanaka flew us and it was awesome.

I thought a 60 sec free fall @ 200kph would feel like eternity... I couldn't have been more wrong! Mind blown! Tick skydiving off your Bucket List with NZone Skydive! All the staff were more than helpful and super supportive and encouraging of those who experienced pre-game nerves.

THANK YOU TEAM!

My videographer was not an experienced in recording the whole skydive experience. besides that he was late, the recording was all rushed for the sake of having a video. the video per se also is all inverted, and in bad angles. the video was also short compared to other videos. we asked for the raw videos too, for us to personalize the video but they only gave us the footage that were all useless like the intro and the drop off to the ground. it was very disappointing. it is a waste of money.
