Stayed here one night. Access at this time is limited due to roadworks in the area. The Amity website should warn about this. The property is quite old, so lacking modern facilities. However, the unit we got was large and spacious with very good kitchen, large separate bedroom. Location is just up the hill from town, easily walked both ways. There are no views. Overall, I think this is a good enough stay in Queenstown for a low-key holiday.
Walkable to town, but has a steep slope up. If driving, there are roadworks ongoing the normal entrance so need to go in through the other side.
Furniture and furnishings are looking tired, probably been around for many years. However, they are functional. Mattress warmer is not really working but the other heating in the unit are working.
The photos online are decades old and are by no means a reflection of the property in its current state
The units have not been well maintained and are in desperate need for a face lift

Absolutely disgusting / disappointing
For the price, it was very overrated and disappointing. When you entered the apartment, the rugs were terribly stained and appeared dirty. The furniture was cheap and not very comfortable. The beds were the saving grace; they were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean. The location was a 15 minute walk and you had to be in good shape to make it uphill back to the apartment. The bedrooms were small, but that might be normal for Queenstown. The apartment had no oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, or dryer. It had a microwave (with one dish to use), and a 2-burner stove top. We would not recommend this to friends.
Stayed for 4 nights, it was close to town, very walkable, requires a brief uphill walk coming back. We had a car, we only used it going to Frankston for bigger grocery shop and the gym we preferred. Staff were lovely, we requested housekeeping once, they did a very good job, refilled things, and noticed the things we needed for our stay based on kitchen use (all the essentials supplied). Parking was onsite and easy (enter closest to reception, exit other side). Onsite laundry was very useful. Apartment size spacious, we would stay here again. Thankyou
