Felt liked I'd stepped out of New Plymouth into USA. I've frequented many diners across America and this is up there with my top three. From the time you walk through front door greeted by waiting staff in full uniform and even bigger smiles is fantastic. You are served quickly and to top it all off the coffee is FANTASTIC too. This is a such a dream idea. Loved the music playing from the jukebox and the plush red seating no expense spared here. I had a vegetarian dish with a friend it was full of flavour and so fresh. All condiments made from scratch you could tell the difference. The portion sizes are great value and you can take home what you can't finish. What I love about the food is that it is so well seasoned that you really don't need to add anything which is just brilliant.

Yummy food, lots to choose from, classic American menu not to mention delicious sweet pies one of their many desserts, good music, spacious big booth tables for eating, milk bar and bar seats too.
Very clean and tidy, child friendly, great for all ages. Parking reasonable for location however can be hard during peak times but completely understandable on a one way system.
Friendly service and always a smile when we dine here.
Credit to Chere for always making amazing coffee every time!
A big props to Chesney and Bryony for always serving us with a positive, loving and humorous approach, we love having you take care of us (and Queen Alyse's demands) Lol

*Would happily give 5/5 however 4/5 this time Team as on a couple occasions no T paper in toilets due to some staff not fulfilling their duties

Went with two 17 year old teenage girls who chose to go here for breakfast after finding a pamphlet in the office at the motor camp where we stayed.
It was fantastic. Amazing food, great atmosphere, brilliant menu. The 1950s theme is authentic and brilliantly done. The waitresses are dressed and made up to the times as well and were attentive and friendly. Our meals and drinks were ready very quickly and absolutely yummy. Would definitely return if in New Plymouth. All day dining with an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Licensed, although we didn't have alcohol at breakfast time!
I am very impressed with the development of New Plymouth as a city, the eating places, the coastal walkway, the amazing Rewa Rewa bridge, the Len Li Centre, the attractive buildings, the planting and the fact that New Plymouth always looks so fresh and clean, well maintained and alive.

First visited in late 2015 with a friend and instantly fell in love with the décor and the relaxed old school diner vibe. Have continued to visit whenever I'm in New Plymouth. The staff have always been friendly, the food delicious and the laughs plenty. Easily my favorite place to eat out in NP.

This easy to find, American diner type restaurant has an awesome menu with all your typical American dishes. Although is was busy (all blacks game that night) the wait wasn't too bad. One thing is sure; you won't leave hungry.
