Delightful decor, warm atmosphere and CUTE FRIENDLY waitresses! We both had Eggs Benedict. My husband's quite fussy: the bacon has to be crispy, he wanted a bagel instead of potato Rösti base, and added spinach and mushroom to the order. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a half order with the veggie option. Loved the potato Rösti! Perfect poached egg. Delicious! Wasn't sure about the chocolates sauce decorating the plate but licked the plate for "dessert".

Best food so far on my holiday. Eggs benedict to die for!! And a lovely waitress too! Dont visit New Plymouth without calling in here.

Bring back the milk bars of NZ. Really fun atmosphere with delicious food not found on other menus. Great friendly service, thanks for the booth

We arrived quite early for dinner as we were staying in New Plymouth. The place we stayed at had a pamphlet that said kids done free before a certain time. So we turned up early. To find that deal had finished... we felt the waitress wasn't in the mood for working. When the food arrived the fries were served in plastic bowls which was a bit disappointing. The one thing that was excellent was the sundae in the mason jar, one of the best sundaes ive had! Price was pretty average for the sort of meals served.

Stopped here for dessert after a not so great dinner elsewhere... highly recommend! Both the freaky sundae and cheesecake knickerbocker were delicious!
