Clean. Tidy. Spacious. Reasonably priced and lovely, friendly staff. Great location with restaurants, cafes and shops all within 2-5mins walk. There’s a small pool here and thermal baths which I will check out next visit! I’d say for the price - this place is GREAT! Hence it’s 4* rating. It’s certainly not a 5 * hotel but it’s got everything you need. So if you’re looking for a little luxury you’d be needing to pay a lot more. All depends on your wants and needs. For me, it’s fine.

Brilliant location handy to town and lakefront. Average room (2 bedroom apt) being seperate older building in renovated 1960's decor. Very clean and tidy but showing age through poorly shuttling bathroom door (kids couldn't close it due to frame warping) and numerous dead light bulbs. Would stay again if price was lower. Other rooms probably higher quality looking at them from outside.

This accommodation is really at a very good price at a great location in central Rotorua. With a spa pool and a warm water swimming pool and daily tariff at a little more than 120 NZ dollars is a good bargain.

We have stayed here twice, great value for money and fantastic location with plenty of parking. Easy walking distance to lakefront and Eat Street which has a great selection of restaurants to choose from.

We had a long day drive from Wellington when we arrived there. Both kids and adults enjoyed the pools. The apartment are bit old looking, but we had a comfortable the stay there.

Parking available inside the premises or on the side street, both are convenient(and free). The host was friendly and helpful too.
