Being a customary guest at Accor hotels, I have choosen Ibis Rotorua during my trip to NZ. A total disaster, the lobby of the hotel smells bad, the front desk attendand was unpolite, Besides being forced to pay for the whole stay in advance, the hotel retained NZ 50 per night to be returned upon departure. The front desk informed this is a normal procedure of Accor hotels, This is not true while I have stayed in at leat 20 Accor hotels before and this has never hapenned,
