Teresa and Mick offer a most welcoming stay not far from Rotorura township. Such a Gem in restful surroundings, with quiet private rooms and a breakfast made from local produce second to none. Both have an extensive travel knowledge and are well versed in local activites, Transport pick up and return from property is available for some activities in Rotorua. We felt very "At Home", and sorry we could not stay longer or return again on this visit to NZ.
Thankyou again, we will be returning. Terry, Peta and Frances Gill, Mount Pleasant, Victoria Australia

Unique from the rest – garden fresh herbs, fresh fruit and farm fresh eggs- home baked bread make mornings an extra sumptuous delight.. Relaxing with Mick, Teresa and the neighbor Hugh and guests was an extra bonus of wonderful conversations. We lucked out that our arrival timing included afternoon tea in the atrium. The muffins were fresh and delicious. This is my favorite B&B in North New Zealand.

I returned to visit Mick and Teresa after one year with a different member of my family visiting from the UK. They all loved it and I enjoyed sharing info and visitng new places in the area. This is a great place to stay in Rotorua. Slightly out of the city centre but will all the beauty of the lake and none of the bustle. The nearby redwoods are a sight to see, but the B&B itself is enough on its own.

This was our first experience of a B&B in New Zealand and Mick and Teresa set a very high standard. They have a lovely property which they are happy to share with you and other guests. They were very knowledgeable about the local area and helped us get the best from our time around Rotorua. After a busy afternoon in the town, they welcomed us back with a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and one of our favourites during our time in NZ. This is an ideal base for someone wanting to visit the Rotorua area.

We had a great time my mom and I in Mick and Teresa's company. They are wonderful hosts making you feel at home and with a lot of travel stories to tell. The place is in a quiet and relaxing area, the room was very comfortable and the homemade breakfast on the terrace was just splendid!! A cinema for rainy days and a swimming pool for sunny ones, what else can you ask for? I wish you two all the best for the future and a great trip this winter!!
