It's in a convenient location on Fenton St where most of the motels are and looks good from the outside.
However the unit we stayed in was in serious need of updating. The furnishings and appliances were very old (TVs were like antiques) and the décor was really old fashioned. The shower cubicle was the weirdest one I’ve come across! There was a huge spa bath in off the back of the room in a lean-to .
Cleaning standards were also poor in the less obvious places (under the beds, behind doors, window sills) which didn’t help either.
This place cost us $170 for a family of four and compared to other places we stayed in it was seriously overpriced.
However all it needs is refurbishing and the furnishings brought up to date. If this happened then I would happily recommend it as Brian the owner was really friendly and it was in a good location.
