Stayed for two night over busy Eater Break. Room was quite small but very clean. Good to have area outside for dog to sit. Only down side was noisy neighbours who were still talking loudly at 2.30 am. Apart from that all good.

I picked here because it was within walking distance of church road (a bit over 3km) and I was going to a concert there (it is about the same distance to mission estate). The staff there were friendly and very helpful. The room I thought was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a “wet room” which I found fine, it did include a sign advising what direction to point the shower. The motel is beside a busy road and if you are a light sleeper just be aware of this as you can hear it as it passes. The room did have a small tv with domestic channels (I think the sky channels are in the shared area) but on three or four occasions the tv would go blank when it was left on a channel for a long time, it was easily fixed by changing channels. I would stay here again if I was going to a concert either at church road or mission estate, but wouldn’t stay here if I wanted to visit Napier as it is a bit too far away and it is not within walking distance

We are glad we had plenty of activities organised whilst staying here as the room was very small. Only had a wooden chair, not comfortable so sat on bed instead. Has a small outside area. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Communial lounge area and kitchen. Easy parking onsite. Bathroom well appointed. It suited us as pet friendly.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff on arrival with lots of tips on where to go and what to do. You really need transport to explore Napier easily from here. Clean and comfortable rooms for the price (a bonus is that is cheap!) however, you can hear every sound, especially people walking along the corridor making the floors creek and doors opening/closing. Bring earplugs and you'll be in for a good stay.

The room was small but very comfortable and was air-conditioned. Coffee/tea facilities and fridge in room and also a well appointed communal kitchen and a BBQ area as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was also communal lounge and dining areas. It was a lovely atmosphere. Would stay here again. If you have mobility issues, there is a set of stairs to the rooms.
