I ha a double room in this friendly and clean Hotel. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, with a nice breakfast. The living room/dining room area is comfortable with a lovely small garden too. My only criticism is the bathroom is very small with a tiny sink in my room, though not really a problem personally. The location is very lovely and well located for Mount Eden village amenities, and a supermarket nearby. Good bus connections into the city centre. Very nice and quiet part of the city to stay in.

We had a large airy bedroom with super comfortable king size bed.
The full sized toiletries were an added bonus. No TV in the room but there was a very comfortable lounge with a TV, computer with free wifi and direct access to an outside deck area.
Would have liked to have seen a ceiling fan or aircon in the bedroom as it was extremely hot.
The Bavaria is only a short walk from the Skybus bus stop on Dominion Rd.

It's a good place, the hosts are very helpfull, and you are not far of the beautyfull place in the world : The EDEN PARK. The place is quiet and if you have any question they do all they can to help you. I really enjoy.

My husband and I stayed here one night. Free parking was nice, room was fine, bathroom a bit small, but adequate. Wifi very spotty. Breakfast was good, plenty of food, European style. Staff was friendly and helpful.
