Nice spacious rooms with everything you need. Good central location. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated with a small balcony to sit out on. Perfect for family / group stay in Auckland. Great family accommodation - serviceable kitchen and full size washer and dryer

This was a top choice, so convenient to Vector Arena and Britomart. We stayed in an apartment on the 9th floor it was more than adequate for 2 adults and a teenager.Great location, no traffic noise or hotel noise. Apartment was clean and fresh.Very pleasant and obliging front desk staff. Recommend as it is easy walking distance to Vector Arena and Britomart.

We booked this apartment venue for its proximity to the Vector Arena, having never been there previously. In hindsight we should have considered other options. The building is relatively impressive on the outside, but the apartments are very basic and dated, with poor lighting, and shabby furniture. There was only one very basic bathroom facility for five people, with no separate toilet. Two of the rooms had queen size beds, but the doors could not close because the bases got in the way. Our booking required three single beds, not two queens and a single. We were told that we would have to pay an additional $30 over and above the prepaid $406 if we wanted another bed, which we naturally questioned. The hotel then agreed to provide it free of charge.
There are notices everywhere about people having to show consideration to other guests, and no parties after 10 p.m. but this does not appear to be enforced. In addition to continuous traffic noise, (the windows are not double glazed) we were subject to the constant noise of a party and over the top loud voices in one of the neighbouring apartments, going well into the early hours of the morning.
There is no off street parking, which means a further mandatory $25 hotel parking cost.
We did receive pleasant and professional service from the young Japanese gentleman at reception. Despite that, I would not recommend this accommodation, which from my experience as a regular visitor to Auckland City who has stayed at a number of hotels it was overpriced for the value received.
