Could not help but realize that education never ends.

Took a 4 year old who had a really amazing time and our 14 year old who marveled at the principles of science that were being applied in in the exhibits and displays and my wife and I also learnt quite a lot whilst interacting with the children.

The planetarium was out of this world!!!

Finally I got to go to Scitech! My wife and I took her grandchildren, and I think I had more fun than they did. I wish they had these places when I was young. I reacon this place will probably be a major factor in enticing many kids into the sciences!
This is a well run, well staffed, well thought out and educationally sound facility, and staff in attendance are obviously well trained. They are helpful without impeding the kids (of all ages) from exploring and experiencing the wonders of science.
If I had one suggestion it would be that a greater variety of healthy snacks/meals were made available to fuel this experience.
Well done Scitech!

Sci tech was fun and absorbing for all of us. When we visited, there was a Whodunit exhibition sponsored by BHP - which presented a murder and got the kids to solve it. It was very well curated for all the scientific processes that the kids got to learn. And playing detective and having to guess who the murderer was
made it lots of fun! My older boy loved it and enjoyed solving the crime !

The other activities were set ups which were new to us also so it was good fun.

The Planetarium experience was wonderful . The stars we got to see .... nice!!!!

I was personally very impressed by the live bee hive installation. The bees were directed to the hive via a transparent tube that opened to the exterior of the building. But all the bees in their hiving activity were securely and safely kept within visible plastic structures.

We liked it that there was a space for eating BYO food but wish there were more earing choices nearby . There was just one cafe just downstairs , although a very nice and cosy one 😊☺

We were there from 11am-400pm closing time.
