Aisuru is located in the heart of Chinatown in Northbridge on a corner of William and James. First impression is that it has a nice clean feel about the place. Certainly not the heavy oil feeling often present in Chinese restaurants. There is a reasonable range of dishes on the a la carte and our boring daughter, typical 13 yo whose venture into daring cuisine is to leave off the tomato sauce, HAS to have teriyaki something (usually chicken) and she was accommodated. The adults shared a few small dishes in addition to a couple of sushi dishes. Accompanied by Japanese saki everyone enjoyed their meal.

Our family love this place. We were also regulars of Aisuru of Subiaco and was sad when that closed but happy to make the trip into Northbridge. Sashimi options are aplenty and fresh. Sushi options are creatively presented. This place is very conveniently located along William St, Northbridge, where the hustle and bustle of Northbridge is. Nearby is the WA Central Library, Perth Cultural Centre, WA Art Gallery, Perth Central station, WA State Theatre, etc.
Easy stop for a light snack, or easy meal that is quick and delicious.

If i ever go for Sushi in Perth it has to be here . Fresh , quick and most importantly it is tasty. It is not the cheapest out there but it does taste the best. I recommend the Plum flower roll or the Califonia roll. This place is a 10 out of 10 and a must go to when in Perth

I wanted a quick snack and coffee while visting the Art Gallery, and instead found this sushi bar that serves fast meals. I ordered starters of edamame and lotus chips, and for mains, karage chicken with rice, coleslaw and miso soup. The serving was large, and the crunchy coleslaw attested to the freshness. I love the adventure of eating something different to muffin and coffee.

The Miss Aisuru salad and the Kastu chicken are amazing here. I love this place. Fast service. Great food. Sit at the bar and watch them create all the food too!
