Hotel is at the city center staff are friendly and helpful. As we changed from another hotel to check into Pensione they allow us for a early check in at 11am
As we asked for direction to the Crawley Edge Boatshed the staff enthusiastically tell us the way and the next available bus.
Overall this hotel is clean and at convenient location. However the bed can be better as it is too soft and lack support.

Dear Jobster88,

Thank you very much for being our guest at Pensione hotel Perth and for taking the time to give us some feedback. I am delighted to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us and liked the location of the hotel and our great staff.

I am disappointed that the quality of our comfy beds didn’t win you over this time, for future visits I’ve made a note in your guest profile about your preference of a harder mattress, so our housekeeping team can remove the topper on the bed before your next stay which will improve their firmness.

We look forward to welcoming you back here in Perth!

Warm Regards,

Brett Taylor

Location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, a door step away from Murray Street and Hay Street malls. A short walk to Perth Station and Perth Underground Station. Perth city Red CAT bus-stop is opposite Pensione Hotel. Hotel staff are obliging and accommodating to requests. They will google the routes to make sure we were heading in the right direction. Our flight touched down at 5.30am and we arrived at the hotel at 7.30am to find our room was ready. We were allowed to check-in early at no extra charge. Through earlier email communication with Pensione Hotel, to be able to check-in early was subject to room availability. We bought the room nights on a promotion deal through Agoda and we are extremely grateful for this gesture that the hotel followed up with our request to the dot. The room we stayed in is compact, for business travel and not large. We chose the "Petite" twin-sharing room, space was just about right for 2 large suitcases. Bathroom is spacious with toiletries and amenities provided. Room also comes with an iron and ironing board, small sized wardrobe with hangers, a security safe and a small but good-sized fridge. Kettle with a good variety of hot beverages is provided - coffee + de-caf sachets + a range of teas. Bottled drinking water is not provided and does not come with the room stay. If more space is preferred, this hotel has bigger-sized rooms - Premium King and Deluxe King. This hotel is not luxurious but well-equipped for budget to mid-range travellers. Guideline stated that check-out is at 11am but we got an extension of 2 hours which worked out nicely to be just leaving the hotel to the airport. Definitely will recommend this hotel to visitors into Perth.

Room tip: Opposite our room is Curtin Graduate Business School, relatively quiet during the day. Window ledge has space and our room is sunny.

Dear sooliwinz,

Thank you for your recent stay with us and for taking the time to write this review,
I am so very happy to hear that you had a great experience straying for us, and that our fantastic team could assist you in making the most of your time in Perth.

As you pointed out, our Petite rooms are quite cosy and compact, but we definitely do have more spacious options available, i.e. our Deluxe or Premium King rooms. For a relatively small difference in price, both room types feature additional floor space and room for your luggage.

From all the team, thank you once again for being our guest and we look forward to welcoming you back here in the near future!

Warm Regards,

Pensione Hotel Perth is located in Central Business District. It's close and walking distance the mall, stores and souvenirs and restaurants. That's what I like about the place. There is a parking but it's limited, first come first serve basis. It's with a fee. The hotel staff are great, with smiles which a must when you're tired from 24 hour flight, no problem checking in and checking out. I reserved the place with Expedia. So all in all except parking the hotel is well situated. it's really great to roam around Perth CBD knowing your hotel is close by...

Dear Mattie B,

Thank you for your recent stay with Pensione Hotel in Perth and for taking the time to write this review,

I am happy to hear that you liked our convenient location and the friendliness of our great staff.

While we do appreciate that our Petite rooms are cosy and compact, we do actually offer larger room types as well that might have been more suitable for your needs and one of my friendly team would have been more than happy to show you the different options available and possibly organised an upgrade for you. I would like to sincerely apologise for any discomfort or inconvenience caused. If you’re travelling through Perth again, try having a look at our Deluxe or Premium King rooms. For a relatively small difference in price, both room types feature additional floor space and room for your luggage.

I am also very sorry that you found the air-conditioning difficult to operate: to turn the a/c off you simply have to take the key card out of the designated slot, the electricity in the room (lights, TV, etc.) won’t be affected by that. The friendly team at reception should have explained this on arrival and I would like to apologise if this was not the case. We are also available 24/7 and would have loved to assist you in turning the aircon off, had we known.

We do offer limited onsite parking and work with Deliveroo, which offers our guests a wide variety of room service options, also we offer a discounted rate for our guests to enjoy the generous breakfast buffet at Miss Maud, just across the road.

We would love to welcome you back in the future and be able to show you all the benefits of staying with us in the heart of Perth. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Team to book a room directly.

Warm Regards,

Brett Taylor
