Reception area nice and cool, rooms too hot to sleep, cannot adjust below 20 degrees celsius.

Has a guest laundry, no free parking, central location, friendly staff, soft & hard pillow choices, comfortable bed.

If you are looking for something that is a central city location in Perth then this is ideal. It is in an area with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk.

Rooms are new and well laid out with plenty of space.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient and my preferred pillow option was waiting for me in the room which is a big tick given I only stayed once over a year ago.

There is a good restaurant and cafe area on the ground floor which has a nice feel to it. Breakfast is good although there are some possible improvements to make here in the speed of service for both the egg station and the barista coffee. For coffee we waited an average of about 20 minutes across the three mornings we were there which I thought was quite long given you were paying extra for this coffee over the breakfast price.

Parking is available on site, valet option only for $35/night

Have previously stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the other end of town (which is pretty dead from a restaurant point of view) however would prefer this given the convenience of the location.
