I'm over 50, nervous with heights, have moderate fitness level and am still buzzing a few days after doing the Express Zip Line experience. The climb, the views, the ride, the staff (shout out to Dan) and the adrenaline rush all made for a brilliant and exhilarating experience that I will not forget. This was so far out of my comfort zone yet I felt well trained, supported, safe and encouraged all the way. If I can do it, you can too!
