Booked here through Groupon. We were given a room as far away from the lifts as possible (which happens from time to time with Groupon).
Upon check in there was confusion over the duration of our stay.
The following day all our room cards were cancelled despite us having another day to stay. Got these fixed.
Then the TV channels were disconnected - I rang reception. I had to dial an external number from my mobile as there were no listings in the room showing what number to call reception. Was advised that there was nothing that could be done.
And the dirty napkins in the restaurant - again, they were replaced.
As a basic studio apartment it was OK but thee simply wasn’t the attention to detail that should have been provided.
