What a lovely way to start our Sunday morning with a trip to this beautiful cafe/ patisserie
Everything we tried baguettes with ham cheese, choc croissant, donuts, patisseries were so delicious
Worth the drive
And when you ask for a strong latte you get a great coffee
The staff are very friendly
Everything is packaged nicely so it's not all smudged together when you get home

If you want the best sweets or pastries in the Bayside area, look no further than Noisette. All of their sweets and savouries are freshly made on site. Their macarons are the best in Melbourne (you don't need to go to Zumbo's).

This place is a great French bakery, has lovely breads, rolls, baguettes, fabulous fancy little cakes, fresh croissants and the BEST custard donuts EVER!!
This is one of our fav quick catch ups to share a cake and do coffee or grab some some lunch. The place is often busy and you can get a bit of queue sometimes, which if u want a quick in and out can sometimes slow your pace, but they work hard to keep things moving.
The coffees are good, and the service is generally prompt and friendly. Can't help but be a regular favourite.

We have been loyal to Noisettes for bread for many years. We usually buy batards or chiabattas of late the batard quality has gone down hill. What was once a loaf that stood out from the crown it is now light and falls to bits like most bread. When you charge high prices for specialised bread you expect quality. We hope they find the old recipe very soon

This place is style and class. Great coffee served by French and Mauritian waiters and waitresses. Makes you think you are in the heart of Europe even though you are only 150 metres from Port Phillip Bay
