I have submitted an official complaint regarding this problem. All movies advertised at $6 and I was charged $8 even when I mentioned it should be $6. Went back next day with proof and was told it was a marketing problem and I could lodge an official complaint. Under law if advertised at $6 they can only charge $6 unless amended. The supervisor who then came gave me a refund so I only paid $6 for adult and $6 for child as it was advertised.

Absolutely excellent entertaining exhibition couldn't believe that it was free. The donation box should be more visable I didn't see it but was told about it after we left shame because I would have donated some cash to keep it going or to a charity of their choice.
