Not as good as I thought it would be but still a great free attraction for Harry Potter fans. Make sure you get a picture on the 9 1/2 platform
What a rort !!
After being a loyal Myer customer for over 40 years, Myer have now become just another “don’t care about their customers store !!
Evidently, on the 1st of October this year, any purchase made in Myers on any clearance rack or table comes with a no exchange or refund clause.
No customers received any notification of this. Consumers have been left in the dark and you don’t know about the changes unless you need to exchange an item or seek a refund on an unsuitable purchase.
That’s when staff will inform you that the new added clause is shown at the bottom of the receipt. A fact that would have been helpful prior to spending our hard earned money in store.
Who reads the receipt once they have already purchased the goods?
The days of “you can rely on Myers to look after you” are well and truly over.
With such a lousy attitude, Myers will soon be another department store that went bust.
Very disappointing indeed !!
The worse experience ever with Myer online, I ordered and expected to receive in the time frame however they never delivery good customer service, all they could ever say is unfortunately! I mean everyone is busy when they expecting an items they already set up their time frame, especially to click and collect at the store. When i came in they told me unfortunately it's not ready to be collect, asked them how long it will take, they answered they don't know?!! Ridiculous experience with them many times, i think i will better shop somewhere else.
This would have to be the biggest Myer I have ever seen. 8 levels including a cafe, cake shop, barber and that’s all I stumbled across. Would love to go back to be able to explore more as you’d need over a day just for this 1 store.
This is a great place to do clothing shopping for both female and male gear. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down side was that the book selection was terrible so I had to go else where for books.
Myer is at Bourke Street mall and just next to the other departmental store, David Jones.
Lots of shopping with the usual departmental store offerings - skin care, make up, ladies and men areas and kids and household wares.
Specials and sales are good.
