Very poor, won't be staying again. Staff upon check-in didn't even greet me, could hardly fit in the tiny shower and the which along with the broken shower head. Gym was beyond a joke. Have stayed in many locations on my travels and very few have been as poor as this, no understanding how they have managed to gain a 4 1/2 star rating.

Room 908 was disgusting. Meant to be 2 bed exec we paid on average over $300 per night and the dishwasher knob was broken, dryer was old and settings cracked, no coffee plunger although coffee bags provided. Curtains were soiled and had splatter marks on back of curtains, aircon remote was missing it's front, Tv remote was sticky taped together, no central heating/cooling at all. Very noisy rooms from traffic outside too.

Very good location . The quietness of the apartments is definitely a reason to return. Convenient parking and short walk or free tram ride to shops. So easy to get back onto Flemington road again and freeway.
