We loved our stay, bought 2 packages through Luxury Escapes for ourselves and our adult children. Such a convenient location, clean rooms and a lovely breakfast each morning. A drink per person per day was included at the bar, we enjoyed this and even had dinner one night there. Would stay again.

Great hotel right in the middle of the shopping district - great accommodation, lovely staff
We stayed for 4 nights exploring Melbourne the location of the hotel is in a great position there is an on-site restaurant - bar the restaurant was lovely however it can get busy mornings for breakfast.

This hotel is very well located right in the heart of Melbourne. We stayed in a family room which was perfect. Teenagers had a separate bedroom with 2 singles and adults had a large studio. There was one bathroom only. Our room faced the internal atrium which was lovely and quiet. I suspect rooms facing the street would be noisier. Beds were comfortable but the air con was problematic. I couldn’t really adjust it to my desired temp. I think it might be centrally controlled or otherwise, it could be my user error. Room decor was ok but some furnishings look a bit dated. There were some stains on the carpet. Our breakfast was included. It was plentiful. We were also delighted with our early check in. It made a big difference to the comfort of outer stay!

Friendly, convenient and clean hotel room! It was in a great location and we had a voucher deal that included breakfast, drinks and parking. The room was big and everything was very clean. Julian in the parking garage was so friendly and helpful. I know, generally there isn’t. “Shout out” to the parking attendant, but he was so lovely! Breakfast had a fresh juice machine and there were lots of options. It wasn’t a gourmet breakfast, but it was plentiful.

Love this place, great breaky, perfect location and the beds are really comfortable. We love being able to pull the car up at the front and then letting them worry about the hassle of parking. The rooms are nice and clean and very well presented.
