Location close to CBD and St. Kilda. Comfortable, very clean room. Modern design. Big, comfy bed. Good shading for the night. Extra covid precautions were taken (lots of sanitizers around, tea package received at the reception and not left in the room etc., all staff wore masks, although cleaning staff didn't cover their noses with it)
Staff nice and helpful. We arrived late and got a possibility to check-out 1 hour later.
Private underground parking, around 27 AUD per night.
· View from the room (other building only) - we asked for a room on a higher floor with a nice view , but not sure if such were available at all (we made our reservation the same day in the morning)
We got 2 connected studios to our use (which is not quite the same as a one-bedroom apartment), but the internal door between them was closed :-( , so we ended up using one studio anyway.
There were no pots or pans in the kitchenette, even though there was a stove.

We have removed all non-essential items from within the room to align with our new covid safety standards. In saying this we have disinfected cooking packs ready to go upon request. I do apologise if this was not communicated.
Good location but chipped paint and stained carpets attest to a general tiredness. We stayed in Dec 2020 and COVID control initiatives seemed a little over the top. No tea or coffee and no wine glasses in the room. Our “Executive studio” bore little resemblance to the on-line photos. I’m not saying don’t stay here, I’m just saying don’t have high expectations.

I’m disappointed to read a number of missed items which could have been easily avoidable.
To provide a higher standard of cleaning and hygiene, non-essential items have been removed from the rooms. This does include coffee and tea caddies.
We provide tea and coffee pack upon check in and have disinfected cooking packs upon request. This has obviously not been communicated and I apologise.
Further investigation will be actioned in regards to the carpet and maintenance issues

Hotel badly needs updating. Looks tired. Carpets are old in the passage way. We thought we were getting a two bedroom apartment and got two interconnecting single proms instead. One room with two stools and a bar bench table. Only one single sofa chair.

We endeavour to promote and market our rooms transparently and do apologise for any miscommunication.
Location is very ideal especially during the COVID times where eating places were not too far to walk to.
Staff were amazing. Greeted with a smile and was handed a small ready made pack with teas and coffees and milk.
Only thing I had to complain about was the headboard was made of vinyl and due to the age had started to peal and I had pieces stuck to my back and also it was on the pillow. Maybe a renovation is due.
Overall, an excellent stay and I would recommend the place to anyone.
