Amazing food! I had the mushroom and eggs and oh my god it was unreal!!! Presentation was also mint 👌
My partner had some sort of eggs in a pot? It was also very tasty!

Service was friendly and the wait was ok, we went to short stop bakery and had a sneaky donut while we waited ☺️

My wife and I found our selves in a narrow laneway on a cold wet Saturday morning waiting for a table at this place along with dozens of other people. In all We waited for about 45mins and not a minute passed by that I didn't ask myself why the hell am I subjecting myself to such torture... All this For breakfast !! ...I've gone mad. And then our name was called out and we entered. We ordered the baked eggs topped with freshly shaved truffles and a French toasted topped with all sorts of stuff. It was so worth the wait.
So shut up be patient... Quit your whining and wait.... This place is well worth it.

The food here was simply stunning. We had the confit duck dish, which fell of the bone and had great flavour. The mushroomd on toast were very nice as well. Perfect coffee to accompany it. It's a shame we happened to have a slightly frustrated and unmotivated waitress (a young french girl), but we could see that the neighbouring tables were served impeccably.

We visited 'The Hardware Societe' for breakfast when in Melbourne. The food is to die for and the coffee is amazing! It is very busy though so be prepared and book ahead.

I went to this cafe this afternoon by myself. There were so many people waiting outside. Luckily, waited only 15 minutes to get a seat. The food are special you w old not regret to come and try. Even only a scramble egg on toast looks and taste better than all other cafe I have been in Melbourne.
