The city tour was a very informative experience and really helped us get orientated to Melbourne on our first day there. The guide was very knowlegable about history and really made an effort to ensure that we had an enjoyable tour.

First of all, I would like to thank EDWARD For a great tour. It was a beautiful day in melbourne and Edward was very knowledgeable about the city and australia in general. We visited many places and he took the time everywhere we stopped. No rush and plenty of time to enjoy, take pictures, ask questions, etc.
He also had good stories so the entire experience was enjoysble to say the least.he even took us to the pier for our cruise for a small fee.
Thanks again for a great tour and the memories. We will certainly come back to that beautiful city.

I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on a couple of tours that I undertook last week.
Tour 1 – great ocean rd full day tour – this tour was faultless!! The bus driver (Peter) was most knowledgeable about the subject matter and arranged the itinerary so that we were not impacted by the much larger tour groups in the area at the time.
Tour 2 – Phillip island penguins half day tour – this tour was also most enjoyable with the driver (James) going out of his way to assist the other passengers. We would have liked a little extra time at a couple of the attractions on this tour, but appreciate that nature waits for no one. In no way did it feel rushed, but as I say and extra 15 minutes here and there would have been nice.
There is much to be gained from small group touring (flexibility in the itinerary, etc) and your advertising should push this point. We have been on quite a few tours over the years – both in Australia and especially overseas (Europe and UK) and it is the small group tour that most appeals to us. We are a late middle aged couple (approx 60) and find this style of touring in an unfamiliar place to be what we enjoy the most.
The only issue we had with our experience was that the pick up point in Federation Square was not clearly marked (it wasn’t marked at all), so it was a little confusing as to where the bus would actually pick us up.
