We had our last breakfast here while in Hobart and wish we’d found it sooner. Lovely atmosphere, great service and food. Quite a cosy place to eat and have a drink. Loved the smashes avocado and feta with poached eggs. Yum. They also serve Deviks Corner wines which are local and devine (obviously we didn’t have those at brekkie). Will definitely be back. Thanks guys.

So.. we had a few new nights at the Salamanca Wharf Hotel, which we booked through Luxury Escapes, and as a result we received breakfast vouchers, $25 each.
So the first day I had a wharf breakfast ( I think that’s what it called - it was big). The food serving was big, so more than enough food, but the spinach was really salty and the tomatoes were really peppery, and the corn fritter a bit bland so didn’t eat all of it.
Next day had the waffle with Berry’s
and ice cream, once again ok. Waffle was a bit doughy though.
Last day had eggs and mushrooms, wanted non sourdough bread - don’t have that? Huh? Eggs were nice, mushrooms covered in pepper again, I don’t get this??
So overall
Coffee was really good, a have highlight, and a good size.
Service was also good and friendly.
Food was just ok, if we didn’t have the free vouchers we got with the accomodation deal, we prob would have gone somewhere else, after the first day, for food and just got coffee from there.

My husband and I stayed in the Salamanca Wharf hotel and had breakfast here most mornings. Great menu, staff are extremely nice and friendly. All meals are cooked fresh and the coffee was great.

Breakfasted here this morning and it was lovely. Staff friendly, service quick and food wonderful. Tea was even served in a pot which actually stayed hot and didn’t drip everywhere when pouring. Great stuff
