Novel food ordering system, very efficient, great service, clean, efficient seating for a small restaurant. Someone mentioned why the colour coded plates and it's so that the chefs know how long any particular plate has been on the train, so it's all about food safety. great a la carte menu even if you're not into sushi so much. Will definitely go again.
