“Wonderful outdoor market”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 April 2012

We made sure that we would be in Hobart to experience the Salamance Arts. It's a great place to pick up locally made wood crafts and other arts that represent Tasmania.

These are a fun browse, with some clever felts and jewellery. Just can't imagine how they survive.

“Definitely stroll here”

Salamanca Place merits a real stroll. It is charming. It has lots of good cafes and restaurants, history, galleries and shops. I would not miss this.

“The heritage buildins are a treat.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 March 2012

Despite the makets not being open when I went, there was still plenty to see, the old buildings are all preserved. Very nice atmosphere in this clean, shiney area.
