Visited the Eastlands store a few days after opening, we were really hoping they'd serve great burgers as we like to support restaurants on the Eastern Shore given there isn't much option over this side, have been left disappointed with past trips to their North Hobart store but thought we'd show the new store some support. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower burger and the old mate, the wholemeal buns were stale and dry (a brioche bun option on the menu would make an improvement) The burgers are piled really high despite not being that large so they are impossible to get your mouth around and the american cheese on both burgers wasn't warmed or melted, 10 seconds under a griller would of fixed this. At $16 for a sub-standard burger and $5 for a very small serving of fries it doesn't represent good value so unfortunately we'll be giving this store a miss and will travel into the city or to Bellerive and receive higher quality burgers for less $$.
