Last minute booking, we’ve decided to stay in Hobart and checked into the suite. Woke up to this view among the best highlight of our trip. The staff at the front counter who received and helped us with the check in truly helpful. We initially booked for the superior room. However we upgraded our room to the suite because we want to have the best view of the Hobart. We made great decision with this. The room was clean, neat and tidy. The king bed is comfortable.
The only comment is if the carpark in the basement doesn’t have the elevator to get to the hotel lobby. It’s little bit awkward since we had baby pram and suitcase to bring from the car.
Our suggestion if anyone check in here, and driving with their car, the best is to drop of all the luggage at the hotel lobby, then you can go and park the car at the basement carpark. Otherwise, it’s gonna be quite challenging to bring all your luggage on the staircase. However you may the help from the staff. They are very helpful.
Definitely gonna be among our favourite place to stay in Hobart

LIkely to be the best value hotel in Hobart. For what you pay for the room, the staff go beyond the call of duty to be at your beck and call. The hotel is pretty much walk to everything. You will not go wrong!

I stayed here for work. I specifically asked for a quiet room and was given what they claimed to be one of their quietest rooms, on the 18th floor. It overlooked a 4 lane road. Windows were not double glazed, so it was far from quiet! When I asked to be moved, I was told the other side was also street facing, overlooking another 3 lane road. Not a place to come if you want to sleep - unless you are a heavy sleeper.
To make matters works, they decided to give me a wake up call that I did not request - at 3.40am!
My computer could not connect to their wifi network, so I couldn't do any work while here.
The room was tired and dated - and needed a big refurbish.
I won't stay here again. Mantra on Collins is a lot nicer, and much better value.

Basically everything from the check-in staff, the room decor and bed comfort and the location in Hobart was fantastic. The hotel is right opposite the harbour with gorgeous views. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Salamanca markets. 10/10

We enjoyed everything from this stay, The staffs are super friendly, they even went above expectations with their service. Location is perfect. Value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are good as well they have really nice swimming pool and gym.

Very comfortable and great location. Team at hotel are very professional and very personable, lots of excellent interaction and enjoyable stay. The team could not have been more accomodating and the hotel cleaning and room conditions were excellent.
