Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern and possibly had the best shower I've ever had in a hotel! Very handy to harbour and conference facilities were good. There was some traffic noise in the harbour view room but the view was lovely.
I had a lovely stay. Very easy to check in and out. Everyone was very helpful which makes a business trip so much easier.
Room's were clean and comfortable.
The desk area was large enough to work at and the bar area a lovely place to meet people.
We were here for a conference and selected a room with a spa and view. The room wasn't massive but had room for a lounge and desk. I was looking forward to spa time but unfortunately the spa didn't pump water. We were so busy with the conference that I didn't bother telling anyone, my bad. I only had one small window of time for relaxation and wouldn't get to use the spa again. I had a nice bath though. The view was fantastic. We had a corner room on the 18th floor with views of Mount Wellington and the Harbour. The buffet breakfast was ordinary. We went to a cafe on day 2 and had an amazing breakfast. Room was super clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The price was excellent. The hotel is a prime location. The rooms were very big and nice. I am going back again in January 2020 I will be staying there again. The hotel staff was excellent. I would highly recommend it.
Stayed for 3 nights for a conference, but would recommend this hotel for leisure travellers as well. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are extremely comfortable.
It’s in a great location right on the water. Probably one of the top hotels in Hobart.
