This hotel is in a great location for food, casino, markets and public transport, very central, and easy to walk everywhere. The room was OK, nothing to write home about, was clean and comfortable. The power sockets are a little loose so make sure they are working. Due to the age of the hotel the windows are not double glazed, therefore there is a large amount of street and people noise especially during the early hours of the morning, I did have trouble getting to and staying asleep. The parking when you are first booking in however is a nightmare!!!!! there was nowhere to park on the street when booking in to get the parking ticket for the Wilsons parking across the road, the hotel really needs to review this process....I would stay here again as it is a great location and good value for the money.

Room tip: Ask for a room not facing hindley street, the room should be more quiet, fingers crossed.

The hotel is very central, a great place to be in the middle of the CBD, easy area to walk to anywhere else in the city or get transport to anywhere else.
The room was huge but you could see it was quite old, and not the cleanest.
Overall had a good stay, wasn't planning on spending a whole holiday in a hotel room anyway!

Our family room was absolutely disgusting. Filth, grime, unusable rusted and dangerous bathroom, not even a quilt cover - just sheets and a doona, shockingly uncomfortable beds, TV remote didn't work, Wi-Fi only usable in the foyer, cleaner left our room unlocked and door wide open (possibly for hours while we were out) ridiculously noisy vents/fans directly outside window kept us awake all night, landline telephone in the room didn't work, carpets felt like they were crawling and my child woke up covered in bites. Spoke to reception requesting another room, was show one that was even worse! The staff are friendly but obviously there's not much they can do in a dump like this. Definitely not a 3 star hotel, should be demolished. Screaming in the hallways at night, loud music playing all night, Do not recommend anyone stay here EVER!

Luxury bathroom facilities it advertised. What a joke. The bathroom was mouldy, broken tiles, cracked disgusting bath. Shower over the bath so no avoiding it. Good water pressure was about the only decent thing. The window was disgusting, unsafe for children with no screen or lock. Open the window to the view in the pics. No microwave as promised. No lights in the ceiling just a few wall lights which made it difficult to see. Decent room size but so dirty. Had the feel of a room that rents by the hour. Reception area was nice and staff were friendly. Hard to believe it was the same hotel when you got upstairs. Parking at Miller's apartments was beyond crazy. Tiniest parks ever and there was no chance of getting in one and being able to open the doors or drive out of a park if surrounding ones were taken. Never again!

The good points, economical hotel centrally situated in the heart of adelaide close to rundle mall and hindley street, friendly staff too. The bad points, the hotel definitely needs a refresh, paint cracking, doors chipped, power sockets and light switches that are loose, our air con did not heat properly for the first two nights (but the hotel gave us a portable heater). Priced for what it is but still great location.
