We chose this hotel due to the great reviews and weren't diappointed.
Service was good. Rooms large , clean a with great shower. Good amenities too.
Pool area very nice the gym had good quality equipment.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and although there was a question due to the large amount of guests, staff managed matters very well with a professional and courteous service.
As regular international travellers this whole experience rates very high.thanks Crowne Plaza!

Spent a few nights here whilst attending a function at the same hotel. First up it is a great location. A good walk to either Surfers Paradise Centre or Broadbeach (Pacific Fair Shopping Centre) if you want but directly outside the hotel entrance is a tram station which enables fast and easy transport to either destination. The hotel consists of two towers. Lovely lobby and check-in area and a friendly welcome. We had an Ocean view suite in the adjacent tower. Very spacious, well appointed and comfortable with great views. Our room was a corner suite so we had two balconies and the accommodation was self-contained including a kitchenette. Very comfortable and clean digs. Facilities are very nice as well with bars and (revolving) restaurant on site. A lovely stay and recommended.

Very clean spacious room. On top of the light rail that gets you around easily. Breaky buffet had a wide variety of options, including pancakes, fruit and cook to order eggs. The bar downstairs stocked very nice wine. The higher level room had spectacular views for the sunset. Short walk to beach and shops.

Our choice of Crowne Plaza turned out to be a good one, as it is located at just next to the Florida Garden G:Link station which makes it very convenient to travel anywhere in the Gold Coast. We had taken a 6 day pass from the Brisbane Airport itself.
The booked the Ocean View Studio Room, as it had an extra bed for kids. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and a washing machine.
The views were fabulous, from the mountains to the long sandy beach.
We arrived a little early and requested for an early check-in. We were asked to wait so we went to Cascade Gardens to spend some time.
The B'fast was good, with decent veg options available. The Sri Lankan Chef makes nice Masala Omelets and is nice to talk to.
The weather did not allow us to use the swimming pool on most of the days.
Special compliments to the restaurant staff for their excellent work.

Arrived at the hotel after flight & car hire delays. Hotel had kitchen closed so recommended UberEats who ended up cancelling our meals without contacting us??? Apparently one driver couldn’t get into the hotel but didn’t see the green button to press for entry??? Still waiting on refund. Next day had a better look at our room. Amazing view! Room was a little outdated. Bed was very comfortable & bathroom had everything you need. Room service finished at 9pm so after a day out there’s nothing to order from your hotel. Not even ice! Your only choice is to eat out. Staff were ok. Service at Buffet Breakfast varied according to staff. Food was your typical buffet choices. Free drinks were very basic. Bottle of wine very average. The view from our room & package price would be the only reason I would come back!

I assure you as advertised our Room Service is open till 1030pm and our First Avenue Tavern Bar is also open till late, this will certainly be further investigated personally by me to ascertain where was this information communicated.
However I am delighted to read you liked the room setup, bed comfort, bathroom, the views and not to mention our staff.
It was disappointing to learn you did not enjoy complimentary drinks and bottle of wine organised by us as a surprise and delight for you 20th Anniversary.
We certainly rely on guest feedback to ensure we continue on our journey toward continuous improvement and will certainly work on addressing areas shared by you.
I hope this is not the lasting impression and we will have an opportunity to be your host again.
