We didn't know what to expect and always saw adds for this place on Facebook. We decided to book for a few of our families because of our young kids and we were surprised! Not only were the facilities family friendly but it also catered to parents The staff were awesome and very friendly! We would definitely make it a regular thing for all of us to holiday here.

They have thought of everything. The shop is stocked with supplies, the rooms are big enough, the pools are spacious, the kids wet park is amazing, there are enough sun loungers for everyone on a busy day, the food was great. Every person that served us from reception to housekeeping was so friendly. Every single person that worked there looked happy.

This was our first holiday to Gold Coast and we stayed at a few places on our trip.
Paradise resort was by far our favorite place. So much to explore and do but by far the best part of the stay was the friendly service of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, staff are smiling, friendly and talkative (especially in penguins restaurant) what a credit to management that they can keep moral high and employ great staff. I own my own business and I can tell you you’re doing something right 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩
