We went for a birthday dinner and had a great experience. We went on Sat, Oct 21st at 6:45PM (with pre-booking). In terms of fresh seafood they offered sashimi, sushi, oysters, shrimp and crab. They had cooked salmon, oyster kilpatrick and one with wasabi, and moreton bay bugs. They had a pizza station, asian food station, western food station (with roast pork, lamb, and sausages), station where a chef will make stir fry glass noodles. Dessert station had many cakes and ice cream (salted caramel, coconut, macadamia, etc.)
Our server Claire was great and kept checking up on us. She even took a polaroid photo of us to celebrate my birthday that we could keep. Nobu came around with a cart of food and also asked if we needed anything. He made a special birthday 'card' and they gave us a birthday cupcake to end off the dinner.
