We tried to upgrade through Mitch R who was very helpful and excellent to deal with notwithstanding that an upgrade was not possible from Ruby's point of view

Our family of 10 had an amazing stay here, free parking that was secure. Close to all local amenities. The most amazing views from the balconies and every bedroom. Spacious apartments and clean. We would easily stay here again.

Located on the northern side of Surfers Paradise, a very easy walk into central Surfers Paradise about 10 minutes walking time. Although located close to the highway, there was no noise at night, so a peaceful nights sleep was ensured. We had a one bedroom apartment, it had a full kitchen, lovely comfortable bed, a decent sized bathroom (except for the water splashing all over the floor) as well as a washer/dryer. The free wifi was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. There was free parking under the building spread over 3 floors plus plenty of visitor car parks too.
Issues with supply of towels and toilet paper were quickly resolved once staff made aware. I was disappointed that despite there being a full kitchen, there was no frying pan. We went out and bought our own. I didn’t particularly like the tv as there were no streaming apps on it. They expected you to connect with your own device, which I didn’t have downloaded on my phone.

It's very nice and clean hotel like brand new rooms and got very nice views from the rooms and the balconies. The staff members are very kind they even gave me very early check in
