We traveled from Southern California to Chevron Island to watch our daughter run in a track meet for Team USA. When booking a house on line for a family of 8 you really hope you are getting what you see in the photos. This house is right on the water with a little dock that you can fish off of. The house itself is big, beautiful and very comfortable.This house by far, exceeded our expectations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. My 70 year old mother-in-law took walks around the neighborhood many times a day.
Luxury Holidays (the management company) was also super easy to deal with. Anytime I had a question, I would just send them an e-mail and they would respond pretty fast depending on the time difference. I would defiantly stay here again.

Such an awesome house, ticked all our boxes for a big family birthday!! Plenty of room with loads to do without leaving the house! Very safe and secure for little children!

An excellent establishment well located. Loved all the rooms including the magnificent main bedroom. A little cold for the pool although we put the Bar-B-Q to good use. Would love to return maybe next year.

Edgewater On Chevron is very close to Surfers Paradise but yet in a quiet peaceful location. We walked to shops and cafes daily, Spend days gazing at the water, fished, went to Pafific Fair, the theme parks and swam in the pool. Needless to the say we had a great time. Luxury Holidays provided friendly service and the house was well maintained and clean.
