This is a really nice place to stay and the service was great. I had an issue with air conditioner, which was promptly addressed. And the manager came back the following day if it was to our satisfaction. Very impressed by the dedication to customer service. Awesome breakfast, not to be missed.

We booked a vacation club 1 bedroom suite with little to no expectations and upon arrival were pleasantly surprised. The lobby has a resort feel, the staff friendly and efficient. It was a nice touch being offered truffles and champagne on arrival as we checked in.
The suite (1801) was spacious and had two balconies with amazing views overlooking the pool, canals and beach. The suite has a resort feel with bright décor. A powder room, huge living space, separate bedroom with closet and a huge bathroom with a spa with spectacular views. Laundry facilities on the 14th and 18th floors with complimentary washer and dryer were very handy.
There is so much to love about this property. The pool area is spacious and relaxing and there is even a kids club.

We would definitely recommend this property to couples and families.

We would like to acknowledge Derek at Concierge for his outstanding service and assistance during our stay and to Anja on check-out and to the manager on duty who checked us in on 5th May.

The pool complex at this hotel is amazing. The kids loved it. 2 large pools, one of which is a sandy lagoon with fish and a deep area for diving down and swimming under an arch. 2 spa pools.
Plus a pool bar with reasonably priced food and snacks. A great place to spend a lazy afternoon. In fact the kids got us to leave Wet n Wild early so they could play in the hotel pool, fine by us. Drinking cocktails from a coconut while the boys swam with the tropical fish wins hands down any day.

Staff are super attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we'd ever seen at any hotel. We really wanted to try the seafood buffet but we ended up fully booked every night - next time.

The room we had was pretty basic and small. Modern and super clean though.

The 2nd bed for the boys (11 and 8) was just a pull out sofa so the room was mostly beds with no extra space. Our fault though, we got a package deal where we had to listen to a time share pitch for 90 minutes. Not unpleasant albeit pretty boring and my maths ability did not extend far enough to being able to figure out what was actually being offered, for how much and what we would get. So we had to pass. Next time we will just book directly and get a bigger room.

Carparking is easy and cheap under the hotel, we always rent a car when we go to the GC.

The hotel is a a bit of a walk from the centre, maybe 15 minutes. Theres a few main roads to cross so a bit of a mission with kids and a poorly lit section to navigate at night. This would be the only downside as we enjoy strolling to the restaurants, beach etc.

Room Tip: Get a sea view. Amazing to watch the sunrise
