Came here for lunch on our last day in Cairns and because another nearby Italian restaurant didn't offer gf pasta. Omg best gf pasta ever. Food was beautiful. Staff were friendly,helpful and efficient. Will definitely recommend eating here to anyone travelling to Cairns.

A delightful Italian restaurant that's a must-visit. We enjoyed the carpaccio di manzo and prawn pizza—both dishes were beautifully crafted, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was incredibly welcoming, adding to the overall great experience.

Excellent Food & Customer Service @ Villa Romana
I made a booking for dinner at Villa Romana ,as I know they are extremely busy of an evening. And when I arrived my booking hadn't been wrote down, And I was so disappointed as the line up was a long one.
But Flavio could see my disappointment and he was absolutely fantastic he arranged a table for me with in minutes, and Marta was our waitress for the evening and she was amazing she came over several times during our meal to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything.
Our meals were so delicious as always and our customer service was Excellent.

On holiday in Cairns and probably ate here at least 7 times.
Meals were superb and even allowed for our own particular changes on menu items.
We went for our 25th Anniversary and also on my birthday and the friendliness of staff catered to our needs.
The TIRAMISU was soo good we nearly went here every night for coffee and dessert even after eating elsewhere.
The Tiramisu is exactly like any Nonna would make, unbelievably delicious.
We had the specials, like the Coral Trout and the butter nduja scallops, super special meal.
Pasta dishes perfection, to simple Napoli sauce to my lobster pasta to die for.
Limoncello after the meal required to help digestion, so you could eat dessert
Special mention to three staff that served us most of the time we were there, Valentino, Alberto and Claudia who went above and beyond their duties to make our experience better than other restaurants around the area.
