We first popped on just for a drink, but hubby ended up with a dozen oysters which he enjoyed. Tara and colleague greeted us with a huge smile and a chat. We ened up back there for dinner later in the week. The prawn and scallops linguini is to die for hubby loved his coral trout too. We ended up booking our last meal here before heading home. Again service exceptional by the 2 young Irish girls and Tara...even though they wouldn't let me take home the Mai thai mug lol. And the food was awesome

My husband and I and two kids had dinner at Splash a few times in the week we stayed in Cairns and each time was lovely!
We all enjoyed the flavours of all the dishes, everything was cooked beautifully.
The staff were attentive and friendly with the restaurant itself having a great atmosphere.
Will definitely be going back!

My husband and I loved the scallops, the seafood risotto and the bugs. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. The owner is gracious and made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed dinner here on 16/05/24. Mary welcomed us very enthusuastically even though we changed the time of our booking. She was very friendly & made sure we enjoyed our meals. She is a great asset to this business. We had the Brushetta & 3 dips, Seared scallops, Crumbed oysters, Threadfin with lemon butter sauce & Threadfin classic tempura.

Very expensive for what we ate
Started with Calamari . 6 small strips $25
4 Tempura Prawns $24
Then we had a main each. Thread fin salmon one carrot chips snd green beens and the other with a very basic green salad but nice chips $41 each plate
Outside eating was nice and we were served by a lovely young waitress from Ireland who saved the night
BYO wine $10 corkage charge good
