Stayed here for a week at the end of february.
Location is great, nice easy walk to everywhere.
During the week the resort was nice and quiet, exactly what you expect from a great resort.
On the weekend tho we found this to be different. The pool all of a sudden was full of people, and the rooms on both side of us were having "bucks parties" so fair to say we got no sleep on the Saturday night which was dissappointing being our last night.
Whilst we cant blame the hotel for how guests behave, we would of thought groups like this would be shut down at check in and reminded of resort rules about noise etc...or even not allow parties like this within resort grounds.
The room itself was showing its age in areas, but when you dont really spend time in the day in your room this wasnt an issue for us.
The pool & pool bar were great. Absolutly loved this and we'll be back for sure because of this!
Even better though was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Whether it be a jug of iced water, a very thorough check in process, or just the helpful pointing out of facilities when we clearly looked lost at times.
